The Aubracois is THE flagship and speciality of SOLIGNAC Bakery.
It received the first prize of Lozère Gourmande twice.
Mixing of almonds, raisins and hazelnuts in a cake, the Aubracois delights both regular customers, passing trades and walkers of the "Camino de Santiago".
The Aubracois is also commercialised in 'Simply Market' supermarket in Aumont-Aubrac.
