It's in October 2007 that Stéphane and his wife, Laëtitia, took over the familial business running since 1976. 

While Stéphane gets down to the ovens and the pastries, thanks to his father's learning, Laëtitia handles the selling and the company's management. 

They quickly develop their business and enlarge their shop while creating new jobs.
